Setting up Facebook Partner Access


Before you begin, please log out of all Facebook Accounts

In order to allow access to manage your company Facebook page/s, we require Facebook partner access.

Admin access needs to be provided to the below Facebook partner:

Please follow the steps to provide Partner Access

Step 1

Login to the Facebook account using a desktop/laptop.

Step 2

On your company page/s, click the ‘Arrow’ on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3

Locate and click on ‘your business’ under ‘Business Manager’ from the right-hand side menu.

Step 4

Click ‘Business Setting’ (right-hand side)

Step 5

Under Users click ‘Partners’ then ‘Add’ and select ‘Give a partner access to your assets’

Step 6

In the ‘Add a new partner’ window copy & paste Partner business ID: 2262857120455990 and click ‘Next’

Step 7

Assign assets (pages)

  • Under ‘Select asset type’ (Pages) – Select assets by ‘ticking each page/s’ you want to share
  • Under ‘Admin access’ toggle-on ‘Manage Page’
  • Click ‘Save Changes’

We will then receive an invitation to accept. Once accepted we will have Agency access to your page.
